Position: Junior Admin Assistant
Min Requirements:
– Grade 12
– Computer and Admin skills
– Excel skills a must
– Valid driver’s license
– Own transport
– Creditors or Debtors experience will be an advantage
– English spoken and written

– Must be a team player

Duties
– Fulfilling administrative duties
– Preparing documents for meetings , vendors , contracts, insurance claims
– Administration and general support to senior staff as required
– Sourcing relevant data, analysing data, Preparing and reviewing documents; producing reports and presentations as required
– Manage communication between upper management and the support team, liaising with the leadership team on various projects and tasks
– Assist with errands
– Data capturing
