OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
Youth Participant
• Will be assigned to a group and have to be part of that group for the whole period of the contract
• Required to perform community service activitles under the leadership of a Volunteer Team Leader
• Required to log in and log out to record the actual hours of service on a timesheet
• Expected to work 16 hours per week (maximum 64 hours per month
• Expected to participate in the skills enrichment training during the 8-months of the contacted time
AREAS
• Gauteng, Limpopo, Northern Cape, Westem Cape
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Youth ages between 18-34 years old
Should not be employed or studying Minimum Grade 10.
South African Citizen
DURATION:
• 6 months – 1 June – 30 November 2022
STIPEND:
• R1,484.16 per month
• Maximum 16 hours per week
NUMBER OF OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE:
Total 3,000 youth participants
• 2.000 opportunities hosted by enke Y4S Partners
• 1,000 opportunities for independent service action campaigns National
