Our client is a multinational within the Leisure & Hospitality industry with its global head office in Paris.
Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate will carry out the following duties:
- Develop Indirect Sales in line with the upscale and digital strategy
- Ensure Business Volume is cashed-in and the commercial contribution target is achieved
- Manage commercial, contractual and operational relations with Clients (Trade leisure and Corporate Markets)
- Define, implement and adjust commercial plan in line with the upscale strategy & ensure outstanding operational execution of projects (Incentives & conferences) In a multinational strategy work in partnership with all other department managers
- Manage sales team and develop their competencies in line with BU HR processes Responsibilities
- Be responsible for Indirect cashed-in BV & sales contribution
- Be co-responsible in building and attaining the country’s budget (BV & sales contribution)
- Be co-responsible for the brand image & positioning of the business within the upscale strategy
- Be co-leader of “Country Marketing & Sales plan” process
- Be responsible for Corporate Business development (MICE), deal signatures and projects good completion (operations)

We are looking for the following:
- Relevant qualification
- Proven track record within travel and hospitality in South Africa
- Having outbound experience from South Africa
- Dealing with leisure or corporate markets
- Indirect channel experience
- Experience in trade leisure would be ideal
- Strong B2B sales experience
