Duties & Responsibilities
- Administration – recruitment
- HR Policies and Procedures
- Training
- Communication ( Internal and External )
- Resort Agreements
- Resort Departments :
- Reception,Housekeeping,Laundry, Unit Maintenance,Resort Maintenace, Recreation, Security
- On-Site Facilities:
- Restaurant, Shop, Spa, etc.
- Transport and Motorised equipment
- Procurement
- BUDGETS
- Projects
- Health and Safety
- Directors Meetings
- Weekly and Monthly reporting to HEAD OFFICE
- Innkeeper – Stock Control
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Hospitality Qualification will be a PLUS
SKILLS: At least 5 Years relevant experience !
- Knowledge of Human Resources
- Staff Development / Training
- OPS Management
- Security Management
- Logistics Management
- Financial Management
- Project management
- Good General Management Skills
- Fully Bilingual
- Excellent Leadership Qualities
- Knowledge of Hospitality Industry
