Introduction
Our client in the Travel and Tourism Industry has the following online booking portals which needs to be presented to the various ITC`s partners and build business.
- Cars in Africa (Booking of car rentals)
- VISA DONE (Online visa portal for applying visa`s)
- DMC (For booking packages, excursions and hotels accommodations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing business for the portals (Visadone.com, SatguruDMC & Cars in Africa.
- Targeting B2B market, providing trainings, conducting webinars for Non-IATA and small IATA travel Agents.
- Creating login credentials for them and ensuring they are being used by the clients for booking these services.
- Taking feedbacks from the clients and liaising with the Central team for getting the resolution.
- Working closely with the central team and cooperating with them for all necessary back office works and complete the tasks within the given time frame. Maintaining relationship with Non-IATA and small IATA travel Agents and manage the whole account.
