Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Behave according to corporate values
- Have network in the industry
- Audit fees
- Renew fees
- Carry out retenders and make sure they are delivered on time
- Achieve a 98-percentage retention rate on controllable client retention
- Database management
- Gather and share client related intelligence
Qualifications:
- B Degree
- 5-8 years’ experience in corporate account management
- Valid vaccination certificate
Skills and knowledge
- CRM systems
- Travel/hospitality industry knowledge
- Client travel policy
