Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Behave according to corporate values
• Have network in the industry
• Audit fees
• Renew fees
• Carry out retenders and make sure they are delivered on time
• Achieve a 98-percentage retention rate on controllable client retention
• Database management
• Gather and share client related intelligence

Qualifications:

• B Degree
• 5-8 years’ experience in corporate account management
• Valid vaccination certificate

Skills and knowledge

• CRM systems
• Travel/hospitality industry knowledge
• Client travel policy
