Introduction
Project Manager required for an on-site catering contract in Mafikeng area within an industrial environment to manage the business unit operations within agreed SLA.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Project revenue and costs to be managed within budget and agreed SLA in order to achieve a profit
* Menu design within budget and SLA requirements
* Maintain cash procedures
* Manage cash variances thoroughly investigating and resolving issues
* Collecting any outstanding debt
* Banking
* Purchasing of stock through preferred suppliers within budget and SLA constraints
* Ensuring stock holding days kept to set minimum days
* Financial reporting and administrative reports including payroll and HR
* Take full responsibility for unit staffing including hiring, performance, training and discipline
* Meet hygiene, food safety and quality standards and ensure non-conformances dealt with
* Client liaison
Desired Experience & Qualification
* Degree in Hospitality
* Contract management experience within the food service / catering or hospitality sectors
* Own transport
Package & Remuneration
R25 000.00 CTC including Provident Fund
