Introduction
We require the services of experienced waitrons for hotels, conferencing and banqueting.
Most clients are based in Sandton and Johannesburg.
Shift work, no guaranteed min shifts. Additional “In House” training will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting & Seating
- Well groomed and friendly demeanour
- Set up of various banqueting configurations
- Retain knowledge about the menu and function purpose
- Serving, clearing and cleaning
- Take orders accurately
- Knowledge of drinks and cocktails
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Own ability to travel or have transport
- Min 2 years experience in a similar role
- Hospitality qualification would be advantageous
- Clear Criminal record
- Contactable references
