Duties & Responsibilities

• Administration – recruitment
• HR Policies and Procedures
• Training
• Communication ( Internal and External )
• Resort Agreements
• Resort Departments :
• Reception,Housekeeping,Laundry, Unit Maintenance,Resort Maintenace, Recreation, Security
• On-Site Facilities:
• Restaurant, Shop, Spa, etc.
• Transport and Motorised equipment
• Procurement
• BUDGETS
• Projects
• Health and Safety
• Directors Meetings
• Weekly and Monthly reporting to HEAD OFFICE
• Innkeeper – Stock Control

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Hospitality Qualification will be a PLUS

SKILLS:   At least 5 Years relevant experience !
