Introduction

Our client in the Travel and Tourism Industry has the following online booking portals which needs to be presented to the various ITC`s partners and build business.

• Cars in Africa (Booking of car rentals)
• VISA DONE (Online visa portal for applying visa`s)
• DMC (For booking packages, excursions and hotels accommodations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• ​​​​​​​Developing business for the portals (Visadone.com, SatguruDMC & Cars in Africa.
• Targeting B2B market, providing trainings, conducting webinars for Non-IATA and small IATA travel Agents.
• Creating login credentials for them and ensuring they are being used by the clients for booking these services.
• Taking feedbacks from the clients and liaising with the Central team for getting the resolution.
• Working closely with the central team and cooperating with them for all necessary back office works and complete the tasks within the given time frame. Maintaining relationship with Non-IATA and small IATA travel Agents and manage the whole account.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Post Graduate

Experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry is essential
